I did everything right, but I was still fat.

I grew up in a household that followed the guidelines of the USDA and the Food Pyramid. I was active; I played sports. My parents bought margarine, diet soda, low-fat milk, and avoided sugary cereals. Yet, for as long as I can remember, I was overweight. As a child, teenager, a student at medical school, even as a cardiac surgeon. I just got heavier through college and medical school. 

But in 2015, things changed for me. At a medical conference, I heard Gary Taubes speak. What I learned in that conference changed my life.  

Today, I am in the best shape of my life. Physically, I have never been fitter or felt better, and I have a mental clarity that I have never experienced before.

When he graduated from Baylor with a degree  in Music Composition, corporate recruiters ignored Jack's brains, talent & stunningly good looks.

So, he embarked on an eclectic career that included  stints as a telephone technician, house painter, computer salesman, chauffeur, software developer, project manager, futures trader, systems analyst, webmaster, process consultant, school teacher, gigging musician, published author & stage actor.

In 1990, he lost his 2 best friends to a cult. He spent the next 25 years studying cult psychology and persuasion techniques. In 2016, as a result of his study, he conceived the Cult Your Brand Loyalty Triggers training course.  This program teaches people how to use non-creepy ways to create cult-like loyalty in their target audience.
